  5.  A strange situation, but  TWS asked me
  6. to do so, and here you are:Grendel from
  7. Byterapers Inc. Intl.
  8.  How old are you?
  9.  Grendel: 18 summers, soon 19.
  10.  Where are you from?
  11.  G: Many answers:(B), Iisalmi, Finland,
  12. someone's ass, Savo etc
  13.  Why do you still exist?
  14.  G:Just to tease TWS/Growl-cooperation.
  15.  When did this all start?
  16.  G:  5 years ago,  when I got my lovely
  17. C64.  With her  I've shared and enjoyed
  18. my life since then  (haven't  forgotten
  19. to read D.Adams).Some time ago I bought
  20. also  an  Amiga, but she will never get
  21. a similar position  in my heart.  My 64
  22. never makes Gurus, even though we deve-
  23. loped a cool virus for it too.
  24.  About Byterapers?
  25.  G:This group was started about 2 years
  26. ago.  It was  one sunny afternoon I was
  27. talking  with  Kasper  (my  cousin)  in
  28. phone and we decided to create one more
  29. #move 325,0
  30. lamercrew  to hang around. The name was
  31. ready, Byterapers Inc.We went on laming
  32. for months,then we began to rise slowly
  33. and when FIG party came we were counted
  34. as one of the best.Then there was some-
  35. one saying that we'd be the best around
  36. and  it  went to our heads immediately.
  37. Because also Stack still existed,it was
  38. not  that  easy to earn that status. We
  39. had a small, friendly competition which
  40. ended  when  Stack moved over to Amigas
  41. and Conan went  to army.  After that we
  42. were NO:1 in Finland on C64. Amigaside,
  43. by  the way,  was  ruled  by  our  good
  44. friends, X-MEN. Time rolled on,  and we
  45. became all the time cooler. Summer 1988
  46. was the best time we ever had, cracking
  47. cool  games  nearly daily and spreading
  48. them like plague everywhere. It came to
  49. a pause in time of our  copyparty since
  50. we concentrated on organizing it. After
  51. it there was a long, long silence.I and
  52. the others were just so tired and lazy.
  53. I  couldn't  swap because  my cartridge
  54. was stolen and it took 6 weeks before I
  55. had again energy to swap. After that it
  56. has been slower.                ----->
